Last updated: May 12, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of AdFlex, including our website, dashboard, subscription plans, analytics tools, ad intelligence database, API, and related services.

AdFlex is operated by ADFLEX ADS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14184775, with registered office at 2 Cowcross Street, Floor 2, London, England, EC1M 6DR.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, using our free plan, or accessing AdFlex, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

AdFlex provides ad intelligence, competitor research, ad search, analytics, tracking, ecommerce insights, and API access.

Our data may come from publicly available sources, third-party ad libraries, online sources, and commercial data partners.

We do not guarantee that every ad, campaign, advertiser, platform, metric, or data point will be complete, accurate, available, or up to date at all times.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

AdFlex is intended for business, marketing, research, advertising, ecommerce, and professional use.

You must provide accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

You may not share your account login with people outside your allowed plan limits. If you need access for team members, you must use a team plan or add users through the available team-access features.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that share logins, abuse credits, bypass device limits, or violate these Terms.

3. Plans, Credits, and Access Limits

AdFlex may offer free and paid subscription plans.

Free accounts may include limited access, such as free credits, Meta access, or other features shown on the pricing page.

Paid plans may include credits, platform access, analytics tools, trackers, export features, API access, or other plan-specific benefits.

Plan features, credit limits, pricing, and access rules may change from time to time. The current plan details are shown on our pricing page or dashboard.

Unused credits do not create a cash balance and are not refundable.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and supported third-party payment methods, which may include card payments, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, or other available options.

Payment availability may depend on your country, device, payment provider, and Shopify checkout settings.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and any other agreed charges.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and up to date.

5. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

You can cancel your subscription from your AdFlex dashboard at:
https://account.adflex.io

You may also contact support at:
support@adflex.io

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund past payments.

Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period, unless your account is terminated for abuse, fraud, chargeback, or violation of these Terms.

6. Refund Policy

AdFlex does not offer refunds for paid subscriptions once payment has been completed.

This is because AdFlex provides immediate access to digital services, ad data, platform searches, credits, analytics, and account features, including free access options and signup credits before purchase.

Refunds may only be provided where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. API Access and API Data Usage

If your plan includes API access, you may use API data to power your own apps, tools, dashboards, internal systems, client reporting, automation workflows, or commercial products.

You are responsible for how you use API data.

You may not use the API to:

  • attack, overload, scrape, or disrupt AdFlex systems;
  • bypass plan limits, rate limits, or authentication;
  • access data you are not authorized to access;
  • use AdFlex data for illegal activity, spam, harassment, discrimination, fraud, or privacy violations;
  • resell AdFlex account access or API credentials.

We may apply rate limits, usage limits, technical restrictions, or security controls to protect the service.

We may suspend API access if usage creates security, legal, infrastructure, or abuse risks.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or clone the AdFlex platform;
  • use bots or automation against the website or dashboard except through official API access;
  • resell, rent, share, or transfer your account login;
  • bypass credits, plan limits, paywalls, device limits, or access controls;
  • use AdFlex for illegal activity;
  • upload malware, scripts, or harmful code;
  • interfere with the security or performance of the service;
  • falsely claim partnership with AdFlex;
  • use AdFlex data in a way that violates law, platform rules, or third-party rights.

9. Data Accuracy and Third-Party Sources

AdFlex collects, processes, licenses, and displays advertising-related data from public sources, online sources, third-party sources, and data partners.

Because ad platforms, advertisers, websites, and data sources change constantly, AdFlex cannot guarantee that all data will always be complete, current, accurate, or available.

Metrics such as impressions, spend, dates, targeting, creatives, advertiser identity, landing pages, and platform availability may be estimated, incomplete, delayed, or missing.

You should not rely on AdFlex as your only source for legal, financial, investment, or business-critical decisions.

10. Intellectual Property

AdFlex, including its website, dashboard, software, design, branding, database structure, search technology, analytics tools, and original content, is owned by ADFLEX ADS LTD or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use AdFlex according to your plan.

You do not receive ownership of the AdFlex platform, software, database, trademarks, or underlying technology.

11. User Content and Uploaded Data

If you submit, upload, or provide content to AdFlex, you confirm that you have the right to do so.

You grant AdFlex permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.

You must not upload illegal, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • you violate these Terms;
  • payment fails;
  • you file abusive or fraudulent chargebacks;
  • you share accounts beyond your plan limits;
  • your usage harms the service;
  • your activity creates legal, security, or abuse risk;
  • we are required to do so by law.

If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, you may lose access without refund.

13. Service Availability

We aim to keep AdFlex available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, data provider issues, platform changes, security incidents, hosting problems, or other events outside our control.

We may update, modify, add, remove, or discontinue features at any time.

14. Third-Party Services

AdFlex may use third-party services for payments, hosting, analytics, email, customer support, data processing, advertising data, and infrastructure.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, platforms, or payment providers that we do not control.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Privacy

Your use of AdFlex is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review it to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdFlex and ADFLEX ADS LTD will not be liable for:

  • lost profits;
  • lost revenue;
  • lost data;
  • business interruption;
  • loss of goodwill;
  • indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
  • decisions made based on AdFlex data;
  • third-party platform changes or data source errors.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to AdFlex in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

17. Disclaimer

AdFlex is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific business goals.

We do not guarantee that using AdFlex will improve your advertising results, revenue, conversions, or business performance.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify users through the website, dashboard, email, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of AdFlex after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or AdFlex will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law gives you rights to bring a claim elsewhere.
